Cortisone Pains :/

Heyyo,
So on Friday I went to the doctor for my knee and he said I bruised it so I would need a cortisone shot. So he gave me one and I asked him if I would be able to practice that night and he said I would be fine. So about five hours later I start feeling a lot of pain in my knee then I look down and it's like three times as big as my other knee I was in so much pain and I couldn't go to practice I was so mad, but now it's fine my coach said it was just the cortisone working and my knee was so swollen because of all the fluids inside my knee eww lol hehe. :)
